Truck Tyre Specialists Ltd (TTS) the Weston Super Mare, Somerset based hot and cold cure remoulder. Have just completed their latest environmental project in keeping with its philosophy of environmental care and recycling.
TTS have had 440 solar panels fitted to the roof of their Weston Super Mare factory, which will generate up to 145KW of electricity from the sun. Dan Collins (Director) said “This is a major capital investment for TTS and we are very proud to be reducing our impact on the environment in this way, not only will be generation enough electricity for our needs, we will also be supplying excess to the national grid, this is in keeping with our very ethos of recycling”.
